If you have turned to Jesus and committed your life to Him, it's time for baptism. Remember, baptism is not what saves you, it's through faith in Christ alone that your are saved. Baptism is a public demonstration and declaration of what God has done in your life.

Baptism request form

Once you complete both steps of the Baptism Request Form you will be contacted to discuss your baptism. NOTE: Although you do not have to attend a NEXT STEP class in order to be baptized, we highly recommend that you do as this is a time for you to ask questions. It's also a time that you are able to have a one-on-one conversation with an elder or deacon about your salvation.

There are two parts to the registration.
Step 1: Complete Request Form with includes your contact information.
Step 2: When you submit the form you will be prompted to complete the Attendee Information Section — the information collected is needed to schedule your baptism. After you submit the Attendee Information Form, you will be contacted by Carrie Boyden.
