Do you dread the lonely days and nights? Wonder what to do with your spouse’s belongings? Feel like your brain is in a fog? Unsure of how you’ll go on? We hope you will join us on Saturday, May 18 as we discuss all of these topics and help you find your way as you navigate this time in your life.
At a Loss of a Spouse seminar you’ll discover:
- Other people understand and have found ways to make it through
- Why it won’t always hurt so much
- Reasons for hope
- Practical tips for coping with the death of a spouse
Western Night Square Dance
The CURRENTS Group (College & Career) at High Tide Church is planning a special event on Friday, June 7th. This event is open to High School Seniors thru Senior Adults! It's going to be a great night of Square Dancing, Games, Fellowship and Snacks.... oh, and lots of FUN too!
Square Dancing will be lead by our very own Dennis O'Neal, world renown Square Dance Caller. Dennis will supply music and lead us with his famous Square Dance calls.

God's Truth never changes!
Get ready for four evenings of amazing adventure at Breaker Rock Beach where kids will learn that God's truth never changes. As they fly kites in the misty seaside air, explore tide pools, and spot orcas and sea lions, kids will be challenged to recognize the difference between the lies of culture and God's unchanging truth.

Are you interested in learning more about HTC, baptism and church membership? NEXT STEP New Member Class is a one-afternoon class—about two hours in length (1pm-3pm). During this time you will learn about HTC, our beliefs, about baptism and about church membership. You will also meet Pastor Andy Ehlers and some of the Elders and Deacons at HTC. HTC Sports Camp
Camp dates are:
Week One: July 15-19, 2024
Week Two: July 29-August 2, 2024
- Sports Camp will run from 9am-12pm
- For youth in Grades 1-8
- Donation: $10 per child

Looking for something fun to do this summer? If your kiddos are in grades 1-8, why not register them to attend our HTC Sports Camp. We are running two, week-long camps. Sign up for one week or both...it's completely up to you.
The kids will play various sports games and hear the gospel message too. It's going to be a fun week so be sure to sign up and invite your friends! Activities include Basketball, Pickleball, Cornhole, Volleyball, Bowling, Flag Football, Soccer and a whole lot more!

A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.

Baptism. Do you have questions?
Are you asking, "Do I need to get baptized? Is my child ready to be baptized? Am I ready to be baptized? I have so many questions and am not sure where to turn...HELP!"
We realize there are many questions regarding baptism and we want to help you understand this Biblical action. Does Baptism save you? No, only Jesus can save you—baptism is an outward expression of the inward transformation that happens when you accept Christ as your Savior. ONLY JESUS CAN SAVE YOU. If you are not sure about any of this, we hope you will come to a NEXTSTEP CLASS or stop by to the Welcome Desk so we can talk with you. Elders, deacons, staff and volunteers are always available to talk with you. Our heart is that you know Jesus as your Savior and we want you to know that we are here to help you! You are loved!

A Daily Dose of the Word
This is a great time to begin a Bible reading plan! Horacio Tablada, Discipleship & Small Group Coordinator, has put together a plan that will take you through 106 chapters of the Old Testament and all of the New Testament. Challenge yourself this year to get into God's Word even more. You will grow closer to the Lord as you read and learn more about God; how He loves us, provides for us and wants us to live lives that are obedient to Him.

What is Currents?
It’s no secret that this world presents many challenges. As young adults graduate from high school, it’s important for them to have a group that they can connect with and grow in God’s Word. That’s where CURRENTS comes in. We meet each Sunday at 11am and study the Word of God, share in amazing conversations and develop strong and lasting friendships. We support each other and help encourage each other. The currents of this world can have us moving from one place to another, but with our foundation rooted securly in Jesus, we can navigate through these highs and lows. Our desire at HTC is to make disciples who are devoted followers of Jesus. One way to grow as a disciple is by joining a small group and by attending training seminars. At HTC we have various groups that meet throughout the week; some in homes and some at the main campus. And one-day seminars are also held monthly, on Saturdays, to equip the body of Christ. rss TANYA'S CELEBRATION OF LIFE
circleheart Our beautiful sister, Tanya, has gone to be with the Lord. This is a hard time as we experience this loss — but we remember that Tanya is rejoicing with the Lord, where there is no more sickness, or hurting or sorrow. This amazing woman has touched thousands of lives. She was an example of true love. She loved Jesus with all of her heart and shared that love with every person she met. She was a wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. Please lift Pastor Andy and the entire Ehlers family and Davis family in prayer as they walk through this time. May the peace and comfort of our Lord and Savior cover them and give them the strength and courage they need. Thank you church for praying.
